The actual NDIS Certification or Verification audit is conducted by an approved NDIS quality auditor under the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission framework — we don't replace them, we help you walk in prepared.

Where is customer data hosted?

Customer data and scan documents are stored in Supabase's Sydney region. We do not transfer customer data outside Australia for storage. AI inference (Anthropic Claude + Google Gemini) processes document text in transit only — sub-processors do not retain content for training. Our full sub-processor list lives in the privacy policy.

What happens after the 14-day Professional trial?

Your card is charged A$149 (monthly) or A$1,490 (annual) at the end of the trial unless you cancel from the Stripe customer portal beforehand. Cancellations during trial cost nothing. If you cancel after billing, access continues to the end of the billed period — no pro-rata refunds, no cancellation fees. Free tier remains available indefinitely.

Is the free tier really free? Forever?

Yes. The free tier (3 NDIS Core Module scans per 12 months + full template library + AI inventory + auditor pack PDF) is no-credit-card, no-time-limit. You only pay if you want unlimited scans, Trust Hub publishing for external reviewers, or AI-generated Privacy Act / AI Safety documentation. Free templates remain public and downloadable without signing up.

Is self-serve checkout always available?
